The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Eligibility
Mandatory : Ph.D. in life sciences at least one publication in SCI indexed Journal
Desired : Experience of working with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and cell biology
Salary : Rs 47,000/- + 18% HRA = 55,460/-
Upper Age Limit : 40 years
The competent authority may select candidate against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) or age in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee. The advertised post is temporary and is subject to the availability of funds from ICMR. No TA/DA will be provided.
