Desired profile : M.Sc. (specialization in any Life Sciences) with 3 - 8 years’ experience.
Job Location : Bangalore
Job details :
• Conduct cell-based assays and molecular biology experiments.
• Handle multiple adherent and suspension cancer cell lines
• Conduct proliferation/viability assays for determining potency of compounds
• Conduct gene expression studies in cells by qPCR
• Analyse proteins using SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting and ELISA.
• Perform assays with primary cells such as human PBMCs
