Job Description
Associate Global Publication Manager would be responsible for managing global publication plan(s), collaborating closely with medical affairs colleagues, global development, market access, marketing, regulatory affiliate offices and external HCPs. You would be responsible for supporting the development of the Global publication strategy, global medical and scientific communication strategy, planning, managing and executing publication plan activities. The key tasks include publication plan management (Datavision maintenance and update, supporting the publication planning group meetings, reporting key publications on monthly basis, etc.). The other tasks include Medical Toolbox maintenance, congress publication management, handling reprint requests, etc.
Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Science or similar in relevant area. In addition, you should have at least 2-5 years publication management experience from pharma, STM publishing or medical communication agency, 1-2 years project management experience, Datavision super user/admin and experience in scientific communication. You should be fluent in both oral and written English, be able to manage several projects at the same time and take a methodical approach to your work and tasks, but demonstrate flexibility when priorities change.
