Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the position of JRF/SRF/RA to work in the Research Project entitled “TRIPLE DIFFUSIVE MIXED CONVECTION FLOWS” sanctioned to Prof. P. M. Patil, Department of Mathematics, Karnatak University, Dharwad by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi. Ref: No. 25(0254)/16/EMR-II dated 20.5.2016.
In respect of appointment of JRF/SRF/RA, the eligibility criteria’s are as follows
Post : JRF/SRF/RA
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Rs. 12,000/- pm plus HRA/MA: Possessing M.Sc./ BE/B. Tech or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
Age limit: Maximum 28 years
Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Rs. 14,000/- pm plus HRA/MA: Possessing (i) M.Sc./BE/B.Tech./B.Pharm or equivalent and at least 2 years of post- M.Sc./BE/B.tech./B.Pharm, research/teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals; (ii) ME/M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Engg./Techn.; (iii) MBBS or BDS with 1 year internship/ M.V.Sc/M.Pharm or equivalent.
Age limit : maximum 32 years.
Research Associate (RA)
Rs. 36,000/-pm plus HRA/MA: Possessing Doctorate (PhD/MD/MS/MDS) or equivalent OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design & development after MVSc/MPharma/ME/MTech.
Age limit: maximum 35 years.
Age relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically handicapped candidates.
Duration of the Project: 3 years or till the termination of the project
The eligible candidates may submit their applications on a plane paper along with the Biodata and attested copies of the certificates of respective degree marks cards by hand or by post within one month or 24.09.2016 of this notification to Prof. P. M. Patil, Department of Mathematics, Karnatak University Dharwad – 580 003.
Note: No TA/DA will be given to the candidates who attend interview
