Qualification : B.Pharma | M.Pharma
Work Location : Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive formulation development projects across Generics, NDAs, 505(b)(2) & LCM.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with F&D, ARD, QA, Regulatory, SCM/PPIC, Commercial and external partners.
• Manage CDMO/CMO partnerships and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive project governance through JIRA, dashboards, MIS and review forums.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and drive effective mitigation.
• Support regulatory submissions, QbD documentation and regulatory query responses.
• Build strong stakeholder alignment and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Ideal Candidate
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical R&D / Formulation Development.
• Proven Project Management & cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and product development processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with JIRA / project dashboards / MIS will be an advantage.
