THE PROJECT : Targeting the Epithelial Myosin Light Chain Kinase to Restore Barrier Integrity and Prevent Food Allergy in Metabolic Dysfunction
WHO CAN APPLY?
Master's degree in Life Sciences or allied disciplines (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology or Biomedical Sciences) with a strong academic record.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Basic knowledge of immunology and inflammation
• Mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques
• Flow cytometry and immunological assays
• Data analysis, scientific writing and research documentation
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct experimental studies on epithelial barrier dysfunction and food allergy in metabolic dysfunction using cell and molecular biology, immunological assays, flow cytometry, analysis of epithelial barrier integrity and relevant preclinical models.
