Candidate Profile :
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmacy/Any other discipline or MBA in International Business / Marketing
• Candidates currently based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be preferred.
• Exposure to distributor led business models, tender participation, and institutional sales will be an advantage
• 10-15 years of experience in Pharma formulation exports (mandatory).
• Strong experience in ROW markets (Africa, Asia, CIS, LATAM, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of export documentation, registration, and international trade regulations.
• Proven ability to build and manage distributor relationships and achieve sales growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Strong connections with distributors across multiple Rest of the World (RoW) markets.
• An entrepreneurial mind-set is essential. Prior experience in establishing a new export business from the ground up will be considered an asset
