Post : Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager

IPR - Executive / Sr. Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Draft and file patent applications (India, US, PCT).
• Manage trademark filings, renewals, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for IP representation on artworks and regulatory documents.
• Maintain IP databases, correspondence records, and support budgeting activities.
• Prepare and review Trademark License Agreements (TLAs) and manage Statements of Use (SOUs).
• Liaise with external patent attorneys and regulatory authorities to ensure timely IP submissions and responses.

Candidate Profile
B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry or Biotechnology.
3-7 years of experience in IPR, patent drafting, and prosecution.

PPC - Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Oversee and plan monthly production schedules across CMO sites.
• Manage raw material procurement, PRN, STO, and BOM creation in SAP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams - QA, QC, RA, F&D, Purchase, and Sales.
• Ensure on-time production, dispatch, and compliance at all manufacturing partners.
• Monitor stock levels, non-moving inventory, and handle new product launches.
• Review and approve product costing sheets and ensure process efficiency.

Candidate Profile
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc.
• 8-15 years of experience in PPIC / Contract Manufacturing / Supply Chain within Cosmetics, Nutraceutical, or Herbal industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP, production planning, and CMO coordination
