Qualification : M.Sc./M. Pharma/ Ph.D. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
Experience : 8-10 Years experience
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and execute Analytical QbD strategies for API method development and validation.
• In-depth knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC), spectroscopy (UV, FTIR)
• Experience on QbD Software( e.g. Fusion QbD/ACD labs ) and statistical tools like Minitab, JMP, or similar for DoE and data interpretation.
• Design and optimize analytical methods using risk assessment and DoE (Design of Experiments).
• Perform method robustness studies and support lifecycle management of analytical methods.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines (ICH Q8, Q9, Q10, Q14).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Responsible for writing technical documents, including method development reports, validation protocols, and regulatory submissions.
• Guide and mentor junior scientists in QbD practices and analytical approaches.
