Job Description
- "Develop, deliver, and evaluate internal and external technical training programs, educating the employees and customers about the company's products.
- Supports all levels of associates and/or business solutions and leadership solutions"
- Supports all levels of associates and/or business solutions and leadership solutions
- Responsible for customizing and delivering trainings as per the requirements
- Works with customer, acting as the SME for course material design with responsibility of customizing and delivering corporate trainings/training modules as per the requirements
- Responds to line management and associate issues related to associate performance improvement including surrogate manager responsibilities
- Serves as performance coach through consulting, monitoring and evaluating training results in the work environment and classroom delivery responsibilities
- "Responsible for understanding profile of students, classroom preparation, classroom setup and evaluating the success of the learning programs and solutions."
- Works with the delivery manager to provide feedback on class delivery and associated resources.
- Ensuring constant learning process to stay abreast in relevant technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Must be a Proficient user of Oracle Clinical, OC-RDC, RAVE, InForm systems
- 8 - 10 Years of overall work experience.
- Hands on experience in editing clinical data.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting using Clinical Data Review System & manual tracking
- RAVE designing: Architect Loader Spreadsheet & Data validation specifications
- Lead Role in data management activities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Preferred Education Background : B.Pharma / M. Pharma or Any CRO related degree /
- Knowledge of C-Sharp, SDTM, RAVE programming, Custom functions, SAS-knowledge, SQL, VB is preferable
