Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry Openings at IVRI

Applications are invited for engagement of two Young Professional - I (YP-I) purely on temporary and contractual basis one for the ERAzTB project and another one for AINP-OH project at ICAR-IVRI-ERS, KOLKATA. the positions (YP-I) are purely temporary in nature and there will be no provision for absorption/re- employment in ICAR/IVRI.

The initial engagement will be for a period of 12 months, which may be extended to a maximum of another two terms, based on the need of the organization/project and performance of the candidate. The engagement may be terminated at any time in case of unsatisfactory performance, or early completion of the project.

Qualifications
For Y.P-I under ERAzTB project :
Essential : Graduate in Life Science/Biological Science/ Microbiology
Desirable : Experience in animal handling, bacterial culture and molecular biology works.
Age limit : The minimum age should be 21 years and maximum 45 years (age relaxation applicable as per rule)

For Y.P-I under AINP-OH project :
Essential : Graduate in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry
Desirable : Experience in molecular biology and handling microbial pathogen
Age limit : The minimum age should be 21 years and maximum 45 years (age relaxation applicable as per rule

Emoluments : YP-I : Consolidated @ Rs. 30,000/- per month
