Hiring Pharmacist at District Urban Health Unit

A notification has been issued for the recruitment of the following posts in the Urban Primary Health Center Rajpipala under the jurisdiction of District Urban Health Unit, Narmada on a temporary basis of 11 months on a contractual basis (fixed salary) and for the preparation of a waiting list. Eligible candidates will have to apply online from 11/11/2025 to 17/11/2025 at the given link.

Educational qualification : 1. Possesses a degree in Pharmacy or a diploma in Pharmacy of recognized university, or an equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his/her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.
2. Provided that preference shall be given to a candidate having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospitals or dispensaries.
3. A candidate possessing knowledge of computer is an additional qualification.

Age : up to 58 years. Retired individuals with above qualification can also apply with an age limit upto 62 years if. physically fit.

Candidates having above qualification shall send all original certificates like educational qualification, experience, certificates, school leaving certificate for proof of age, passport size photograph and copies of all certificates to the mentioned address and upload them on the website.

Important Instructions for filling the online form
1. Only the application of the candidate received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or plain post will not be accepted.
2. Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software.
3. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
4. Age limit will be calculated on the basis of age limit as on 01/10/2025.

Selection Process
1. Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of merit only.
2. In case of excess applications, out of the eligible candidates, three times the number of candidates for the post of Pharmacist as per merit will be called for Computer Practical Examination.
3. The final authority regarding the said recruitment will be with the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer, District Panchayat, Narmada.
