Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager to join our Biocon Team. Biocon Group - Centre of Excellence is a hub for innovation and excellence, driving impactful initiatives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, daily work management, and policy deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive change.

Candidate Profile
M. E. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / MSc. / MBA degree or equivalent.
Min. 15 years of experience in Total Quality Management / Global Business Excellence models with Maturity assessment and transformation programs experience.

Technical Skills :
1. Proficiency in Total Quality Management including deployment of Policy management, Daily Work Management & Continual improvement across business processes.
2. Ability to work with Functional and department leaders on managing and executing transformational projects for TQM Excellence 3. Having Problem-solving expertise (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred) at shopfloor as well as enabling functions
