Job Description
1. Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, execution and implementation of management plans.
2. Drive an aggressive culture to contain data integrity issues in shop floor practices.
3. Co-ordination for installation, qualification and validation activities as per Master Validation Plan.
4. Investigate and take appropriate action in case of any process deviation, non-compliance, market complaints, product failure, and product recall.
5. Co-ordination with the engineering team for effective implementation of engineering systems for preventive maintenance and to achieve higher MTBF and lower MTTR for critical machines.
6. Resolve formulation as well as equipment troubleshooting issues quickly to maintain productivity goals.
7. Ensuring the capacity utilization of all equipment's in Production areas.
8. Preparation of URS for new machine/equipment.
9. Responsible for QMS activities including change control, deviation, investigation and CAPA.
10. Responsible for area cleaning, online documents and compliance as per the system, SOP and procedures.
