Job Description
Job Purpose : This role will support activities in analytical department at Syngene along with supporting SAP activities.

Key Responsibilities :
• Work with team in implementing project management knowledge areas and best practices (as applicable)
• Coordinate end-to-end cross-functional project operations and multi-disciplinary activities to ensure that project deliverables are met
• Generate reports from SAP
• Update Revenue Tracker sheets to SAP
• Liaise with Finance to answer any audit related questions pertaining to SAP
• Manage Microsoft Teams sites
• Track project plan w.r.t resource, schedule
• Prepare project reports from the existing enterprise management database-dash boards/MIS
• Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene
• Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace
• Wearing all PPE as required.
• Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene’ s data integrity policies
• Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times.

Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree in chemistry or related fields
• PMP certification (Preferred)
• Should have scientific training in Analytical chemistry
• Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project
• Should have basic project management knowledge
• Comfortable with data analysis using MS Excel
• Comfortable with presentations using MS PowerPoint
• Comfortable with collaboration platforms such as MS Team
• Good knowledge of Contract Research Organization/Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization /Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry environment
• Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
• 6-10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management
