Openings for Pharmacists in APVVP Hospitals

Eligible candidates, who wish to apply for the posts of Pharmacist Gr-ll, Lab-Technician on contract basis and Radiographer, Physiotherapist, Ophthalmic Assistant, Audiometrician, Jr. Assistant / DEO, Theatre Assistant, Record Assistant / MRA, Lab-Attendant, Office Subordinate and Post Mortem Assistant on Out Sourcing basis in the APWP Hospitals of S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

Educational Qualifications
a) Candidates must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam and must have passed in Dip. Pharmacy
(OR)
B.Pharmacy from the recognized institutions by Govt, of AP.
b) Candidates must be registered in the AP. Pharmacy Council.
c) Pharma. D (Doctor of Pharmacy) candidates are not eligible.


Age Relaxation :
Age : O.C candidates minimum 18 years & Maximum 42 years.
Relaxation: Ex-Service man - 3 years & length of service rendered in the armed force.
SC/ST and BC’s - 5years
P.H Persons - 10years

Reservations
a) There will be reservations in this recruitment in respect of Scheduled Tribes(ST), Scheduled Castes(SC), Backward Classes (BC), Economically Weaker Sections(EWS), Physically challenged (VH,HH,OH), Women, Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sports Persons as per Rule 22 and 22{A) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996.
b) Caste & Community; Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority in terms of G O.Ms.No.58, SW(J) Dept., Dt.12.05.1997 should be submitted appropriate time. As per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules, Rule 2(28) Explanation: in so far as claiming for SC reservation is concerned, no person who professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed a member of Scheduled Caste. However, Scheduled Caste converts to Buddhism deemed to be Scheduled Caste. BCs, SCs, STs & EWS belonging to other state or not entitled for reservation.
c) There shall be reservation to Women horizontally to an extent of 33 1/3 % in terms of rule 22(A) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules as per G.O.Ms.No.63, GA (Ser-D) Dept., Dt.17.04.2018.
d) Reservation to BC-E group will be subject to the adjudication of litigation before the Hon'ble Courts including final orders in Civil Appeal no: (a) 2628-2637 of 2010 in SLP no.7388-7397 of 2010 dt.25.03.2010 and order from the Government.
e) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) means the persons who are not covered under existing scheme of reservations for SCs, STs, Socially and Economically Backward Classes and whose gross annual family income is below Rs.8.00 lack or identified as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) for the benefit of the reservations. The income shall also include income from all sources i.e., Salary, Agriculture, Business, Profession, etc., for the financial year prior to the year of application. The persons seeking the benefit of reservations under EWS category shall obtained the necessary EWS certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned and produce at an appropriate time to the District Selection Committee, Ananthapuramu as per G.O.Ms.No.73, GA(Ser-D) Dept., Dt.04.08.2021


Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii) 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas COVID duties
i) @ 5 Marks per six months
ii) @ 10 Marks per one year
iii) @ 15 Marks per 1 Year 6 Months
Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination : Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification

Fee Structure For All Category Of Posts
a. The applicants must pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards the application processing fee.
b. ST, SC, PH and Ex-Serviceman applicants shall pay Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) towards the application processing fee.
c. D.D. should be drawn in favour of District Coordinator of Hospital Services, S.P.S.R. Nellore District in any nationalised bank payable at Nellore

CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
Contract / Out Sourcing basis selected candidate shall not be regarded as a member of service in which post his / her appointment is made and shall not be entitled to any preferential right to any other appointment in that or any other service. The department / DSC or the person may revoke the Contract / Out Sourcing appointment or discontinue by giving one month's prior notice in writing on either side. This contract would automatically cease to operate on lapse of contract period and both parties will be discharged of their respective obligations without any formal communication.

Old jublee Hospital 1st floor, Near Vegetable Market, Nellore in all the working days from 22-11-2021 to 29-11-2021 during the office hours 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM along with D.D. drawn in favour of District Coordinator of Hospital Services, S.P.S.R. Nellore District along with required documents / certificates.
