Post : Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job description
The role reports to the India Performance & Change Manager and will involve the following responsibilities
• Create structure, processes and methods to gather / analyze supply chain data
• Deploy visualization tools (Power Bi) to support operational, financial and compliance improvements
• Interpret data, trends and patterns to recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Tech to implement effective solutions
• Support various projects (network modelling, business case…) and ad hoc analysis
• Manage EM Scorecard from data capture to performance reporting
• Embed the data driven decision making culture and train
• Interact with key stakeholders across functions to capture business requirements and opportunity

There will be no Direct OPEX accountability however role will influence Financial Planning and overall SC spend.

Candidate Profile
• Professional qualification (e.g., Graduate and/or MBA or local equivalent) in Supply Chain and/or Business Analytics.
• Minimum 2-3 years in running any of the supply chain planning process i.e. demand, supply or distribution planning in any consumer or pharmaceutical environment including being part of analytical systems implementations and driving process improvements.
• Proven working experience as data analyst
• Exceptional knowledge of excel, access databases, Power BI or similar analytical solutions
• E2E Supply chain process understanding
• KPIs and performance management
• Ability to collect, organize, analyse and present significant amounts of information in a simple manner
• Working knowledge to use SQL, visual basic would be added benefit.
• Capability required to engage across organisation & drive improvements
• Power User of Excel, Minitab, Tableau, R Square, SQL & Project; APICS would be an advantage
