Post : Sr. Executive - Training & Development (Doctor of Pharmacy)
Skill Set:
• The incumbent needs to have good conceptual understanding of pharmacy practice and soft-skills in relation to the pharmacy retail industry
• Self-motivated, fluent communication in respective Tamil& English is a must, presentation and interpersonal skills with a flair forcustomer service orientation, passion for delivering training, responsibility sharing and act as a facilitator to the trainees
• This job will require travelling within the region across chennai retail/hospital based pharmacies for on the job training purpose
Areas: Technical Training ( Pharmacy & soft skills ) all Hospitals in Chennai
Reporting to: HOD Training & Development
Job Location: Chennai
Qualifications: Doctor of pharmacy or M.Pharm with MBA - soft-skills experience
Experience: Pharma training / teaching experience in pharmacy or clinical Pharmacy.
Work Week: Mon – Sat (6 days/week)
Shift Timings: Day Shift
Salary : 4.85 lack
