Entry Level Pay/ Remuneration : Rs. 12,500/- P.M.

Qualification(Essential & Desirable) :
ESSENTIAL:
(i) 10+2 with Science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute. (ii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
DESIRABLE:
(i) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, Power Point and Excel etc. (ii) Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard

Age Limit : 18 to 42 Year

4. If the candidate has done his/her qualification diploma/degree through Distance Mode then the University should be approved from Distance Education Council (DEC) otherwise the application will not be acceptable.
5. The qualification should be completed before Closing Date and time.
6. Preference will be given to candidates of Distt. Fatehabad and having knowledge of computer.

8. The application with Passport Size Photograph on application form, along with bank demand draft, self-attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, Residential Proof & Experience Certificate (Experience Certificate must have ref no. and detail of salary) should reach in the O/o Civil Surgeon, Fatehabad up to Closing Date.
9. The application form without having the post name and category no. of post will be rejected. So applicant must specify the post applied for, program, category of post, place of posting applied for and reservation if any. The application form without appropriate application fee (bank demand draft) will be rejected.
10. Candidates will mention the name, father's name, post category and address on the backside of Bank Demand Draft. It is suggested to keep the photocopy of Bank Demand Draft for future reference.
11. The unsigned and the application without required documents like educational qualification, technical qualification, experience certificate and received after last date will be rejected.

13. If a candidate applies for more than one post, he/she will have to submit separate application form for each post.
14. Posts can be increased, decreased or withdraw without any further notice.
