Job Description
Good quantitative & systems background.
Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical users in the areas of clinical databases (both internal and external).
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools including, Spotfire, JReview, SAS
Basic knowledge of SQL to write and understand queries and extract datasets and produce reports
Ability to program in Microsoft Excel
Ability to produce professional PowerPoint Slides that clearly communicate analyses to stakeholders
Attention to detail, quality, time management and customer focus
Ability to work independently, in teams, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative technical ability.
Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Analytics and/or Clinical Trial Setup, Reporting Pharma, CRO, Life Science experience of 2 years would be preferred.
Total experience of at least 5 years is preferred.
