Apprenticeship (NAPS)

Start your career in the pharmaceutical industry with Emcure Pharmaceuticals under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and packing operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Hinjawadi, Pune.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• B.Sc Graduates
• B.Pharm Graduates
• D.Pharm Candidates

Additional Requirements :
• Only freshers are eligible
• Ready to work in manufacturing and packaging operations
• Shift-based work may be required
• Basic communication and teamwork skills are preferred
• Willing to leam GMP practices and SOP procedures

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Department
• Learning pharmaceutical manufacturing SOPs
• Assisting production operators
• Understanding formulation and manufacturing processes
• Supporting batch manufacturing documentation
• Following GMP and safety procedures
• Maintaining hygiene inside production areas
Packing Department
• Assisting in primary and secondary packaging
• Monitoring packaging operations
• Verifying labels, batch numbers and expiry dates
• Maintaining packaging records
• Supporting quality inspection activities
