Hiring Lead - Project Management (Biologies)
About the Role : Are you passionate about driving end-to-end project excellence in the biopharma space? This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape and drive enterprise-wide project governance across R&D and Manufacturing. We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Leader to head the PM0 function and accelerate delivery across the biologies value chain—from discovery to commercialization at Gennova.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and institutionalize a central Gennova PMO across R&D and Manufacturing and Strengthen project governance & delivery excellence.
• Drive end-to-end program execution (Discovery -»Tech Transfer -» Commercial Production) and Accelerate time-to-market for biologies pipeline.
• Ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of biologies projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D. Regulatory, Quality. Manufacturing & Commercials
• Oversee technology transfer, scale-up. validation, and commercialization readiness
• Implement governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and digital PM tools
• Report directly to the CEO to drive strategic decision-making for projects, strategic growth and portfolio ROI.
Candidate Profile
• 10-12+ years of experience in project management (preferably 5+ years biopharma / biologies industry exposure)
• Strong exposure to R&D, Drug Substance & Drug Product Manufacturing projects in Biologies Proven expertise in Program / Portfolio Management (PMP preferred)
• Educational background in Biotechnology / Life Sciences (PhD / M.Tech / M.Pharm) + MBA from Grade-A management school.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on execution, stakeholder management & strategic thinking
