Chief Operating Officer
Experience : Minimum 12-15 years of hospital management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/COO role.
Job Role :
• Oversee hospital operations including clinical services,
nursing, facilities, support services, and patient care delivery.
Skills and Competencies :
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with operational execution capability.
• Excellent knowledge of hospital information systems and digital healthcare platforms.

Medical Superintendent
Experience : • MBBS in any clinical specialty (preferred).
• MHA or MBA in Hospital Administration is an added advantage.
• Minimum 12-15 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in hospital administration or leadership role.
Job Role : Skills and Competencies :
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies (MCl/NMC, NABH, etc.).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCl).

Marketing Head
Experience : • Experience in hospital or Pharma Industry is mandatory
• 8+ years (minimum 2-5 years heading a Unit)
Job Role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the healthcare of Bangalore market and patient behavior
• Build partnerships with referring doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and insurance providers.
