Job Description:
• Build Account Manager's capability
• Conduct periodic competency assessment of KAM for TNI
• Design content and conduct workshops to build required KAM competency
• Build coaching competency of supervisor and facilitate coaching culture in the team
• Use digital platforms to build competency of KAM and supervisor
• Build capability to establish KAM processes
• Qualitative and Quantitative assessment of Account Plans and help improve ROI
Candidate Profile
• Training experience of at least 4-5 years
• Domain knowledge of industry, institution business
• Sales experience of at least 5 years
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• English proficiency
