Post : Study Pharmacology Scientist / Manager (Preclinical/Discovery)
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and execute in vitro (cell-based/biochemical assays) and in vivo (efficacy, dose-response, and mechanistic) pharmacology studies.
• Support IND-enabling pharmacological studies and early discovery screening programs. Evaluate and establish disease models (CNS, metabolic, inflammation, oncology, etc.).
• Prepare study plans, protocols, reports, and coordinate with QA for data review (GLP/non-GLP alignment).
• Interpret data, troubleshoot experiments, and provide scientific insights for lead optimization and candidate selection.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (formulation, toxicology, DMPK) and external CROs/vendors.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation (e.g., Investigator Brochures, preclinical sections of CTD).
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, ethical guidelines, CPCSEA/IAEC protocols.
Qualifications : Ph.D / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Life Sciences
Experience : 15-20 years
