Applications are invited for one post of Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical) on contract basis in the ICMR research project “Investigating biomarkers of anti-VEGF treatment outcome in diabctic macular edema patients” under Dr. Nirbhai Singh, Principal Investigator, Additional Professor, Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Post : Project Research Scientist 1 (Non- Medical) 01 (One)
Salary : As per ICMR Rules @Rs. 56,000/- pm + HRA 20% (5% salary Increase in 3rd Year)
Essential qualification : 1st class Post Graduate Degree, Including the integrated PG Degree Or , 2nd Class Post Graduate Degree, Including the integrated PG Degree with PhD
Desirable / Experience : 1 year experience in ophthalmology research, proteomics, flow cytometry
Age Limit : 35 Years (Age relaxation for SC / ST/ OBC/PWD candidates / Departmental candidates will be as per the ICMR rules No. 16/107/2008- Admin.II dt.04.10.2016)
Duration : The project has approximately 10 months left, the post will terminate with completion of project
The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Interested candidates may submit their CV with a latest passport size colour photograph along with self-attested copies of degree / marks sheet and other relevant documents in Room No. 501, 5th Floor, Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Scc-12, Chandigarh-160012. Those who are already working under various research schemes and desire to be considered for the post should send their applications through proper channel to the undersigned with NOC certificate from the employer that he/she will be relieved immediately, if selected.
