Pharmacist Opening under State AIDS Control Society

Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill the following posts, purely on contractual basis under HSACS, ART(Anti Retro viral Treatment) Centre, Civil Hospital, Faridabad for the period up to 31/03/2026, which will be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance of the candidates as per guidelines received from NACO time to time, with subject to the approval from competent authority. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization, MOHFW and Govt, of India guidelines issued from time.

Essential Qualification : Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR Diploma in Pharmacy. Candidate should be registered in state pharmacy council.

Essential Experience : 3 years of experience for Diploma holders. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Desirable: Community candidates from HIV infected and affected as well as key communities.

Honorarium (Per month) Consolidated : Rs. 21,000/-

Age Limit : 18-42 years

Important Instructions
1. Duly filled application completed in all aspects, along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates (proof of residence and caste certificates issued by appropriate authorities is must) and shall reach in the office of DH&FW Society (Civil Surgeon Faridabad) till 04:00 PM of 18 March 2026.
2. Application forms received after 18 March 2026 after 4:00 PM shall not be entertained at all whatever the reason.
3. Original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience shall be required to be produced at the time of verification of documents on the given date.
4. The appointment of selected candidates will be purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of all eligibility criteria. If any information furnished by the candidates is found to be false/incorrect, selection will be terminate and appropriate legal action shall be taken against the candidate.
5. The employment shall be strictly on the contractual basis ( Annual/Renewable) and will not be considered as a regular government job.
6. Selection committee has all the rights reserved to Cancel/Postpone the Selection process.
7. Reservation policy will be applicable as per Haryana Government Policy.
8. Experience will be considered after completion of Degree/Diploma only.
9. One application will be accepted for one post only.
10. Preference will be given to employees already working or who have worked in any State Govt./Semi Govt./UT/Any Govt. Board/Corporation/NHM.

11. Candidates whose services have been terminated from any Govt./Semi Govt./Corporate/Board/NHM will not be eligible. Person against whom any pending criminal case/FIR is lodged will be considered as not eligible.

16. No written test or interview will be conducted, for the above mentioned posts.
17. If services rendered to the public are found unsatisfactory in future courses, services may be discontinued.
18. Any additional work/placement under ART Centre can be assigned by appointing authority.
19. All posts are non-transferable.
20. Incomplete form will be considered rejected.

21. Candidates should also attach photocopy of following documents along with application form.
22. Service Bye Laws of NHM-2018 will not be applicable for all these posts.
23 Candidates to mention total number of pages attached with application form. No addendum documents will be acceoted after last date of submission of application form.

Desirous candidate should send their applications form (offline only) along with self-attested photo copies of certificates/testimonials/Experience Certificate at window No. 1, O/o Civil Surgeon , Faridabad by 04:00 P.M till 18.03.2026 on working days ( Monday to Friday). Original certificates/Testimonials shall be verified at the time of documents verification. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected. HSACS/Civil Surgeon, Faridabad reserves the right to cancel the above advertisement at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
