Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, is a self-financing higher educational institution that started its operations in 1953 by establishing the first self-financing medical college as Public Private collaboration model. Over the years various institutions have been added and finally, in June 1993, this group of institutions have been declared as a Deemed to be University by the Govt. of India. Project Research Scientist – II (Non-Medical) (Post - 01)
Eligibility : Qualification: Ph.D. in Health Sciences, preferably Microbiology / Virology / Infectious Diseases/Public Health Responsibilities : Data analysis and validation, reporting the data to the PI, project management, communication with other collaborating institutes, supervision of lab works and other staff of this project, develop grant applications etc., and any other duties the PI assigns, especially manuscript writing

Remuneration in INR/ month : Rs. 67,000+ 10% HRA
Project Technical Support - III (Post - 01)
Qualification : M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology / Biochemistry with adequate knowledge.
Desirable : Candidates with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ ICMR- JRF/DBT-BET qualification will be preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience in molecular and flow cytometry techniques, with a good academic record and research experience in the related area or any other infectious diseases, will be given preference.
Job description : Handling lab work, processing clinical samples, conducting experiments as per the protocol, data collection, patient follow-up, statistical analysis, and performing any other duties that the PI assigns and the project demands.
