IMTech looking for Pharmaceutical Sciences candidates

Established in 1984, the Institute of Microbial Technology is one among the chain of 37 national laboratories, 6 units and 39 outreach centres of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. Set-up to be a fore-runner in the niche domain of microbial biotechnology, the Institute in its initial years functioned from a start-up laboratory that provided a truly world-class R&D ambience in an area of over 10,000 sq. ft. to its researchers.

Essential Qualification : (।) Masters/ Integrated Masters in Natural or Agricultural or Pharmaceutical Sciences/ MVSc/ Animal Sciences. Or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
And 3 year’s experience in Research and Development in Industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organizations and scientific activities and services.
Or Masters/ Integrated masters in Engineering or technology from a recognized University.
Or Doctoral Degree in Science/Pharma/MD/MS from a recognized University or equivalent.
And
2 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.

Desirable : Work experience in microbiology & molecular biology techniques, especially microbial cultivation, preservation, molecular identification, and bioinformatic tools for DNA & phylogenetic sequence analysis.

Monthly Emoluments : (iRs. 42,000/- + HRA (p.m.)

Upper Age limit (years):- 35 years
/ Relaxation in the age limit for the candidates belonging to the category of SC/ST/PwBD/Women and the category of OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively.
