For the ICMR-fimded project entitled “The MCI Connectome : Mapping Brain Connectivity to predict dementia conversion risk in subjects with Mild Cognitive Impairment and subjective cognitive decline- blood biomarker-based validation", P#5513
Qualification (Essential) : First class in MSc Chemistry, Physics, or Biotechnology or integrated PhD.
Experience (Desirable) : Experience in the design and development of biosensors.
Job description : Application of appropriate chemistry for the design of materials for the development of biosensors, Blood sample collection, Data collection, Machine learning and computer applications, Preparing reports, Coordinating the project activities.
Monthly emoluments : Rs.56,000/- + 20% HRA
Age limit as on 01.03.2026 : 35 years
No. of vacancies : Existing - 1 (OBC-1) (In absence of eligible OBC candidates, eligible UR candidates will be considered).
Duration : One year or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Non Creamy Certificate (for OBC Candidates) in the prescribed format applicable for employment in Central Government Institutions, issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of a Tahsildar. Candidate without valid document will not be considered under reserved post.

Note : Depending on the number of candidates, a written test of qualifying nature will be conducted for initial screening and only qualified candidates will be called for interview. Marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not be counted for final ranking.
Age relaxation upto 5 years shall be granted to candidates having experience of working in Research Government Organisation as per ICMR Order No. 16/29/2023/Admin/E.Office No.157401 dated 18.10.2024 point (h)
