District Health Society is hereby notified to fill up the following vacancies on contract basis for the following 11 months with fixed monthly remuneration and to create a waiting list for the same.
Post : Pharmacist
No of posts : 05 (RBSK 03, NHM 02)
Qualification : Should have done Pharmacy Degree Course (B.Pharm/ D.Pharm) from a recognized University College and should be registered with Gujarat Pharma Council and candidate should be computer qualified.
Age Limit : 40 years
Salary : 13,000/- fixed
Conditions
(1) Nominated candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.
(2) The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Government.
(3) In case of identical merit, the candidate having higher age limit shall be given preference.
(4) Applications with incomplete details, candidates not attaching educational qualification, experience, above HSC, Attemp certificate of Graduate or required certificates will be considered invalid,
(5) For the post of MBBS, the candidate has to submit birth certificate, MBBS degree, final year final two semester mark sheet and registration certificate of Gujarat Medical Council.
(6) Only applications made through arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in portal from 26/02/2023 to 04/03/2023 will be admissible, while applications received through other means and after the time limit will be accepted. Applications received will be invalid.
(7) Photocopy of legible original document shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software.
(8) Age shall be determined from the date of publication of advertisement.
(9) The final decision on the appointment will be subject to the existing conditions of District Health Society and National Health Mission.
