Regional Manager

Job Description :
1. That the Regional Manager is responsible for the particular regions and a division. He is to look after the administration, sales, product promotion, route planning, division of geographical area, reports of subordinate staff, stock availability and stock information at various levels, ensuring the smooth payment schedule from the entire distribution channel from retailing end to company, by and large.
2. That the Regional Manager is responsible for the recruitment of his subordinate staff i.e. Sales Officers/Sales Rep.
3. That the Regional Manager is also required to train his subordinate staff.
4. That the Regional Manager is required to visit the Eligible/ Interested parties and discuss the company Profile, product, project details, financial projection, projected turnover of party as per our project, Return on Investment.
5. Future forecast of the product demand and supply.
6. Ensure that all the relevant reports of his subordinate staff to reach the H.O. well in Time.
7. Getting expense statement made and verify, of his subordinate staff.
Candidate Profile : Any Graduate in 10+2+3 Stream with at least 1 Year Experience in the same cadre in the applying HQ
Location : Madurai, Trichy, Chennai-Tambaram
Salary : Up to 6.00 Lakhs per Annum
