The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Post: Research Fellow, Project Assistant
Applications are invited for the post of Research Fellow in the Biotechnology Industry Research Assist Council (BIRAC) funded project under Dr. Smita Pattanaik, Professor of Clinical Pharmacology, Dept, of Pharmacology (vide PGI/ Pharma/ 606/ 2022 dated 16.03.2022).
Research Fellow : 01 position
Essential Qualifications : PhD/ First class masters degree, from a recognized university along with two years of relevant research experience (candidates with Pharmaceutics background will be preferred).
Remuneration : 25,000 consolidated
Project Assistant : 01 position
Essential Qualifications : First class masters degree/ BSc MLT or equivalent, from a recognized university along with two years of relevant research experience (candidates with Pharmaceutics background will be preferred).
Remuneration : 18,000 consolidated
The engagement in the project is purely on temporary basis maximum for the period of duration of the project (18 months). Please note that it is not a PGIMER/BIRAC appointment and will not confer any right on the incumbent for any claim implicit or explicit on any position.
