Job Description
• Responsible for establishing and reinforcing brand relationship with key Neonatologists, Paediatricians, Lactation Consultants in Southern India
• Responsible for planning & execution of activating all Premium Birthing centers, hospitals and Nursing Homes within territory basis self and Medical Rep Journey Plans
• Account management with the HCPs with defined weekly contact plan.
• Execution of the in-clinic /out clinic patient/consumer activations and programs.
• Driving recommendation for Philips AVENT ( Mother and childcare products) from all sources of Medical influencers
• Conducting regular product and sales training of Off-Roll Medical Reps working for brand
• Account Management with Medical Distributors and driving recommendation based sales through them

Candidate Profile

  1. B.Pharm/MBA preferred.
  2. Experience in devices company is a must.
  3. Proven sales track record from Non Devices company also acceptable.
  4. Min 3-4 yrs work exp. In related field(Neonatologist and Pediatrician is a  must)
  5. Proven track record in thorough planning and execution of professional marketing and sales
  6. Candidate must have prior experience and must be open to extensive travelling to
  7. Chennai and Hyderabad.
