Post : Pharmacy Analyst

Job Description
Collaborates with the Inventory Control Coordinator to support the 340b and other pharmacy-related cost-savings programs. Assesses the department's overall effectiveness and efficiency and provides recommendations for improved outcomes. Works on problems of moderate to diverse scope requiring some interpretation of policies and guidelines. Assists in analysis and report of staff performance and work distribution for facilitate staff engagement and accountability. Attends committee meetings as delegated by management. Applies working knowledge of the techniques, principles, theories and concepts of the discipline, staff, technologies, services, and practices to complete routine and non-routine assignments.Participates in drug utilization trend analysis and reports. Participates in process improvement/quality assurance that utilizes tools and technology for better outcomes. Performs/assists in Failure Mode Effective Analysis and root cause analysis for quality assurance/process improvement. Solves and escalates operational problems and technical issues; modifies existing tools or processes.Assesses, audits and reports pharmacy compliance for regulatory standards. Assists in medication incidence review, analysis and reports. Assists in medication management and Title 22 compliance review, analysis and reports. Works with decisions that have moderate impact on function/family operations.Audits/supports compliance of hospital and departmental policy and procedure. Works under general supervision.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required  Master's Degree: Preferred
