Job Description
• To adhere to company’s quality, safety and ethical policies and ensure compliance to the same.
• To ensure quality systems are maintained in compliance with the quality standards and the SOPs on the QMS tools are followed during execution and review.
• To review, assess and appraise product quality and safety issues, alert actions and track the execution.
• To receive and log the Product complaints with required details in Trackwise /applicable system.
• To categorize the complaint and prioritize the complaint investigation with the potential risks associated with the SISPQ of the product.
• To coordinate with the complainant/agency for the complaint samples, additional information required for the investigation.
• To handle the complaint samples till the investigation is complete or retain the same for training purpose.
• To participate in the investigation, document review and respond to the complainant.
• To recommend for the product recall wherever applicable.
• To prepare the trend of complaints and compare with the historical data and inform QA Head/Quality Head for any emerging trends
• To review the complaint investigation, ensure closure, notification to the complainant and ensure the implementation of the CAPA with its effectiveness.
• To participate in the product recall investigation and ensure implementation as well as effectiveness check of the proposed CAPA.
• To log the returned Goods received at site and keep track until closer.
• To inspect and propose action plan for handling the returned Goods.
• To inform QA Head/Quality Head for any atypical observations found during verification of returned goods.
• To perform any investigation associated with the returned goods and review the associated documents.
• To ensure that the documents and reconciliation of returned goods are maintained. To track and monitor closer of product complaint and returned goods within timeline.
• To log the Deviation in Trackwise/applicable systems.
• To request further information required for the review of the deviation from the respective stakeholders.
