Applications are invited along with the complete bio-data and attested copies of certificates showing qualifications and experience for one post of Project Associate-I in the research project entitled “Development of novel molecules for functional Parathyroid tumor(s) imaging by targeting calcium sensing receptor” by DBT, Government of India granted to Dr. Ravi Pratap Barnwal (PI) and Dr. Gurpal Singh and Dr. Ashok K. Yadav (coPIs). Intial appointment is for one year, extended up to 3 years based on the performance.
Post : Project Associate-I
Eligibility : M.Sc. in Biophysics/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry/allied subjects with minimum 55% marks. “Candidates with UGC-NET/GATE/PU PhD (Biophysics)/ other national entrance test conducted by Government of India will be preferred.”
Age : 30 years (maximum)
Desirable : Experience with peptide, in silico work, amtimicrobial work and nanotechnology
Emoluments : Rs. 31,000/-p.m. (+18% HRA) for three years as per DBT or Panjab University guidelines.
