Advertisement is being published to fill the vacant posts in Group- "C" and Group-"D" on Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation Establishment through direct service entry. The posts in the present advertisement are in the services of Administrative Service, Paramedical Service, Accounting Service, Engineering Service, Fire Service, Legal Service, Sports Service, Garden Service etc. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient candidates for comparative competition. Also, the advertisement is being given to get sufficient response for the present recruitment.

Qualification :
a) B. Pharm. Degree from a recognized university
b) Registration Certificate of Maharashtra Pharmacy Council Valid registration certificate as per Maharashtra Pharmacy Act 1948 is required
c) 2 years of work experience in the relevant subject is required.
d) Passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination (S.S.C.) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
e) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Local Self-Government Institution/Recognized Trust Private Hospital with at least 50 beds.
Examination Fee
Open Category : Rs. 1000/-(Including Goods and Service Tax)
Backward Category and Orphan Category : Rs. 900/- (Including Goods and Service Tax)
1) The examination fee will be waived for Ex-Servicemen and Disabled Ex-Servicemen.
2) The examination fee has to be paid only online.
3) If the candidate wants to apply for more than one post in the published advertisement, it will be mandatory to submit a separate application for each such post and pay a separate examination fee for it.
4) The examination fee is non-refundable. While paying the online fee, the candidate will have to pay other bank charges himself. In case the recruitment process is postponed/cancelled for any reason, the recruitment fee will not be refunded to the candidate.
General Instructions
1) Knowledge of Marathi language is required for all the above mentioned posts.
2) There is a possibility of increase, decrease or change in the number of posts and reservations mentioned above.
3) The appointing authority reserves the right to postpone, cancel, partially change the said examination, change the total number of posts.
4) Applications should be submitted only after carefully reviewing all the instructions given in the advertisement/notification of the relevant post/examination. Eligibility will be accepted only on the basis of the information given in the application and the selection process will be completed after scrutinizing the original documents.
5) Candidates who have submitted applications will be allowed to appear for the examination on the basis of preliminary scrutiny. Therefore, even if a candidate passes the examination, he will not be eligible for selection unless he has the necessary educational and other qualifications and fulfills the necessary documents. Candidates will not get any right to selection just by passing the examination. Therefore, candidates should apply after studying the eligibility conditions.
6) If there is any change in the name of the female candidates (name before marriage, name after marriage), it is necessary to submit the necessary documents, marriage registration certificate.
7) For correspondence, the address of the professional guidance center, self-study guidance center / class or any similar guidance center / institution should not be given for correspondence.
8) If any documents are found suspicious during the verification of the information given in the application and the original documents or if there is a difference between the information in the submitted documents and the information in the original application, the information filled in the application will be considered false. Also, if the documentary evidence regarding the information in the application is not submitted, the candidate's selection will be canceled.
9) It is necessary to claim clearly / unequivocally in the application regarding age, educational qualification, backward class / creamy layer certificate, disabled, female, ex-serviceman, orphan, project victim, earthquake victim, part-time employee, sportsman, experience, qualification and the disabled candidate for whom help is to be taken, etc. If the claim is not clearly stated in the relevant column of the application, the relevant claim will not be considered. No changes can be made in the application after the candidate has submitted it.
10) Candidates whose names have already been registered with the Employment and Self-Employment Guidance Center, Employment Office / Social Welfare / Tribal Development Project Officer / District Sainik Board / Disabled Welfare Office etc., will also be required to apply online separately, as well as candidates coming under parallel reservation like project-affected, part-time etc. will be required to apply online separately.
11) It is necessary to possess the relevant educational qualification as on the last date prescribed for submission of applications as per the present advertisement.
12) The period of experience will be calculated as per the last date prescribed for submission of applications as per the present advertisement.
13) The cities of the examination centers will be decided as per the availability. The examination centre will be as per the admit card. Applicants may be given a different/new centre than the one requested. No complaint will be entertained in this regard.
14) Government of Maharashtra, General Administration Department, Government Decision dated 20th May, 2011, candidates who have not passed 10th / 12th (Secondary / Higher Secondary Examination) but have passed the first year of the degree examination after passing the preliminary examination of Yashwantrao Chavan Open University and other open universities which have been recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the Government Decision dated 10th December, 1998. Candidates holding a degree from such open universities can apply for the posts of "Accountant / Senior Accounts Examiner", "Clerk-Typist", "Accounts Clerk". Also, in the case of posts for which the minimum qualification is prescribed in the service entry rules to have passed the 10th / 12th (Secondary / Higher Secondary) examination, candidates who have not passed the Secondary and Higher Secondary School Leaving Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Education but have passed the preliminary examination of Yashwantrao Chavan Open University and passed the first year of the degree examination or have a degree from Yashwantrao Chavan Open University can apply for the posts requiring a qualification of 10th pass.
15) Candidates in Maharashtra Government, Central Government, Local Government and other services should submit the application in the prescribed format online. At the same time, the name of the post for which they have applied, the advertisement reference and the last date given for receiving applications, etc. should be informed to their Department/Office Heads and if there is any objection to the consideration of their application, they should request their Department/Office Heads to inform the Hon'ble Municipal Commissioner, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation within 30 days from the last date of receiving applications.
Selection Procedure
1) The examination will be conducted online. The venue, date and time of the examination will be communicated to the concerned candidates through e-mail or SMS. Also, the information will be communicated by publishing it on the official website of Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation. Therefore, the candidates applying will be required to visit the website from time to time.
2) The qualification or experience required for the post will not be relaxed.
3) Oral examination will not be conducted for all the above posts. However, it is mandatory to be present for document verification of the candidates in the selection list and the documents submitted by that candidate.
4) Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of pure merit. To be included in the merit list, a candidate from the open category must score at least 50% of the total marks and a candidate from the backward class category must score at least 45% of the total marks.
5) The list of normalization marks obtained by the eligible candidates after the examination will be published on the official website of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation.
6) How suitable is the candidate for appointment to a particular post and what is his mental capacity. To test this, the questions asked during the examination will include, among other questions, the duties and responsibilities of the post for which he has applied, the latest developments in the particular field of knowledge in which the candidate has acquired expertise and the information he has and the problems of the public.
7) Considering the number of eligible candidates, the candidates coming in the potential selection area will be called for document verification. The list and schedule in this regard will be published on the official website of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation. It will also be informed through e-mail or mobile message.
The selection list will be prepared category-wise and the number of candidates to be included in it will be as follows.

While calculating the number of additional candidates as above, if the number of candidates is a fraction, the next whole number will be considered.
8) For document verification, the candidate must be present with all the original documents regarding educational qualification, experience, caste certificate, caste validity certificate, age proof, domicile certificate, etc. and two self-attested copies of each of them. If at the time of document verification, the candidate is found not to be holding the educational and other qualifications or if incomplete documents are submitted for verification, he will be disqualified for selection and no complaint of the candidates in this regard will be considered.
9) It is mandatory to bring the original copies of the documents attached with the application and 2 self-attested photocopies of them while coming for certificate verification. Also, it is mandatory to bring the identity proof attached with the application and your Aadhaar card and its self-attested photocopies for proof of your identity.
General Terms / Conditions / Instructions :--
1. The candidate should be a citizen of India and should submit a certificate from the competent authority (from the office of the Tehsildar) stating that he has been domiciled in Maharashtra for 15 years or a birth certificate in case of birth in Maharashtra along with the application. The term "ordinary resident" shall have the same meaning as given in Section 20 of the Representation of the People of India Act, 1950.
2. In addition to the educational qualifications, the Government may, from time to time, issue orders for the appointment of candidates applying for all posts, specify that knowledge of computer handling / use (certificate of passing any one of the examinations at the level of MS-CIT authorized by the Maharashtra State Board of Higher and Technical Education, Mumbai or CCC or O/A/B/C, etc.) shall be an additional essential qualification. (Government of Maharashtra Information Technology (G.P.V.) Department Decision No. Matans 2012/P.Kr.277/39, dated 4th February, 2013 and Government Circular of the same number dated 8th January, 2018) and the certificate in this regard will be required to be submitted.
3. For posts requiring typing certificate, candidates should possess Government Commercial Certificate or Computer Typing Certificate with a speed limit of at least 30 words per minute in Marathi typing and 40 words per minute in English typing. No other certificate will be admissible.
4. After appointment on regular basis to the selected candidate, the provisions of Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation Service Admission Rules 2021, Maharashtra Civil Services Rules and Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act will be applicable.
5. The selected candidates will be eligible for the Government of Maharashtra, Finance Department, Government Decision No. As per Annio-1005/Service-4, dated 31/10/2005, the new contributory pension scheme i.e. Defined Contribution Pension Scheme/National Pension Scheme (DCPS/NPS) will be applicable.
6. As per Government Decision No. Sankirna/2007/Verification/Navi-26, dated 21/11/2007, the selected candidates will be appointed to the said post after obtaining a character certificate from the concerned police station stating that no crime has been registered or proven against them.
7. As per Maharashtra Civil Services, Affidavit of Small Family Rules, 2005 (Government of Maharashtra Order No. M.R.V.-2000/2012. dated 1/7/2005), the candidate will be required to submit an affidavit of small family at the time of appointment.
8. After final selection for the above posts, the candidate will be medically examined by the Medical Board of Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation and a certificate of medical fitness will have to be submitted in it.
9. Candidates must have knowledge of Marathi. He must be able to write, read and speak Marathi.
10. If an ex-serviceman candidate has applied for the prescribed posts in the offices of the State Government or under the control of the State Government, the provisions of Government Decision, General Administration Department, No. Miscellaneous-2014/(Pr.No.364/14)/28,0 dated 3rd June, 2016 will remain applicable.
11. The information mentioned in the application for the job by the candidate will be considered final. No request / application for change of information in the application will be accepted later or changes will not be considered.
12. The candidate eligible for appointment will not be admitted to the Municipal Corporation service unless other bonds / affidavits / promises / agreements etc. are filled in the specified format.
13. After the selection process has started, if at any time after the selection of the candidate or after the appointment, if it is found that the information or documents provided by the candidate in the application and during the examination have been false or the true information has been concealed, the candidature, selection, appointment of that candidate will be cancelled at any stage. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
14. There will be a probationary period of two years from the original date of appointment for the candidates appointed to the above posts. Also, if the work of such candidates during the probationary period is not satisfactory, the probationary period will be extended by 6 months as an exceptional matter and by mentioning the reasons therefor. Even after that, if the work is not satisfactory during this extended period, the service of the said officer / employee will be terminated.
15. All rights regarding the recruitment process belong to the Commissioner, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation and the Commissioner, Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation reserves the right to suspend or cancel the recruitment at any stage.
16. Candidates should note that the selected candidate will not be provided with the accommodation of the Municipal Corporation and the administration will not be responsible for providing accommodation. If they are appointed to a post for which accommodation is required and if accommodation is provided to them in the future, they will not be allowed to pay accommodation rent per month.
17. As the information and instructions related to this recruitment process will be published on the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation website, candidates should check the current status (updates) on the website www.kdmc.gov.in from time to time until the recruitment process is completed.
18. Changes that occur during the period from the time a candidate from the government or private company submits an application in the direct service recruitment process for the above post to the end of the selection process, e.g. suspension, fine, criminal case, disciplinary or similar action, etc.
19. If the candidates do not achieve the desired standard of work during the probationary period or the extended probationary period and/or do not pass the prescribed departmental examination during the probationary period and their work is not found suitable or suitable, they will be liable to be removed from the service.
20. The appointments made directly through this advertisement will be temporary/temporary in nature and will be regularised after fulfilling the terms and conditions and other matters stipulated in the Service Admission Rules of the relevant posts.
21. The decisions taken by the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation from time to time will be binding on the concerned.
22. No travelling expenses will be payable to the candidates appearing for the examination.
23. The candidates selected for appointment will be eligible for posting anywhere within the limits of the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation or outside the limits of the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation wherever the office of the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation is located or wherever the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation may open an office in the future.
24. It will be necessary for the officers / employees appointed through direct service to complete the training prescribed by the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation from time to time.
25. For all posts in the Fire Service, there will be a total of 200 marks for the online examination, 100 marks for the field ability test, and for all other posts, there will be an online examination of 200 marks. (Appendix-A of the field test is attached.)
26. The physical qualification mentioned in the application for the posts in the Fire Service will be checked at the time of the field test. If the minimum qualification required for the post is not obtained, the candidature / selection of the candidate will be cancelled.
