District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Solapur. National Health Mission, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Solapur is conducting the recruitment process for various schemes being implemented at district level, taluka level, sub-district hospital level, rural hospital level and primary health center level under Solapur district. The said posts are of contractual nature and are on contract basis and on combined honorarium. Applications are being invited online from the candidates who are eligible as per the table below.

Instructions, Terms and Conditions :-
1) All the above posts are of some kind and of combined honorarium, and their duration will be up to 31/03/2026. However, if the said post is rejected / cancelled in the future in the year 2025-26 or if the said posts remain unfilled for the year 2026-27, the service of all the above posts will automatically terminate on 31/03/2026. However, if the above posts are approved for the year 2026-20, reappointment for the next 11 months 29 days will be given after satisfactory tenure.
2) Applications will be accepted from the candidates during the period from 02/06/2025 to 10/06/2025 during office hours, excluding holidays, between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm. The acceptance of applications will be done at the District Programme Manager Room, National Health Mission, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Solapur.
3) If the candidates have to apply for more than one post, they should apply separately for each post. However, if the interview/examination is conducted simultaneously, they will have to be present for one of the posts. The candidate who is present will be considered for the post and the absence will be considered for the other post.
4) For the recruitment process, a fee of Rs. 150/- (Rs. One Hundred and Fifty in writing only) is charged for each application for the candidates belonging to the unreserved category and Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred and One Hundred in writing only) for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, and the said fee will be accepted in the form of Demand Draft. The said fee is non-refundable, the demand draft should be in the full name of the candidates, District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Solapur, the demand draft should be attached at the top of the application. On the back of the demand draft, the candidates should write their full name, name of the post applied for, post number. If there is any mistake in the name of the demand draft or if it is damaged, the application of the concerned candidate will not be accepted for the entire further process of recruitment and also the candidates will not be allowed to submit a fresh demand draft at any stage, candidates should take note of this consciously.
5) Since all the above posts are contractual in nature and on a combined salary, there will be no right or claim regarding the rules, terms and conditions as per the rules and regulations for the said post. Along with this, the service rules of the branches are not applicable for all the above posts.
6) While submitting the application for all the posts, the candidates should submit either 10th standard certificate or school leaving certificate or birth certificate as proof of date of birth. Degree mark sheet (1st year to final year to final year (including all attempts) so that cumulative marks can be calculated), Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate), Registration Certificate from the relevant Council for which registration is applicable, Caste Certificate, Age, Residence and Nationality Certificate, Proof of Age (School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, Non-Criminal Certificate stating that the candidate does not belong to the Advanced and Advanced Group) and all other necessary documents should be submitted along with the application.
7) Along with the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement, if registration from the relevant Council is applicable, candidates should submit the Registration Certificate/Renewal Slip/Smart Card/Registration Apply Form and other necessary documents along with the application. In addition, the education should be registered with the Council. If there is a Smart Card from the Council, its Xerox copy should be attached with the application. Also, it will be convenient to accept the validity of the registration on the said certificate. (If there is a receipt of payment of the fee for registration, the application will be accepted for the recruitment process, and if the candidate is unable to submit the relevant certificate for verification of the original documents, the concerned candidate will be excluded from the next stage of recruitment, candidates should note this.)
8) In the specific certificate, if there are marks as per the Grading System (especially CGPA/ SGPA), they should submit the Grade Card Xerox of the relevant certificate along with the application. Along with this, the concerned candidates should submit the certificate of the institution/college/diploma converted into Grade to Percentage Conversion on the letterhead of the education received or a certificate to that effect along with the application. If the mark sheet is %, but if the Semester marks are as per Grading, the mark sheet showing the marks in this regard should be attached.
9) Candidates should put page numbers on all the documents attached with the application. To verify the submission of the application, bring a xerox of the top page of the application.
10) Candidates should clearly mention the name of the post for which they are applying and the category as per social reservation and the name of the bank and the demand draft number in the application.
11) All the instructions regarding the above recruitment (provisional eligible/ineligible, acceptance of objections, final eligible/ineligible, list of those qualified for document verification, list of potential selected candidates, if it is decided to conduct an interview or written test for certain posts through the selection committee, the schedule for the same and other matters) will be published on the official website of Zilla Parishad, Solapur zpsolapur.gov.in. Candidates should note that no instructions, telephone messages, SMS, emails will be sent to the candidates in this regard. It will be mandatory for candidates to visit the website from time to time.
12) All rights to change the number of vacant posts, educational qualification, honorarium, age limit, social reservation, change in the place of appointment, and the mentioned terms and conditions are reserved by this office and the right to change the recruitment process at any time is reserved by the Hon. Chief Executive Officer and President, District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Solapur and Hon. District Health Officer and Member Secretary, District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Health Department, Zilla Parishad, Solapur.
13) If the application with the required qualifications is not received for the said vacant posts or if the required number of applicants is not received, the qualifications for that post will be relaxed as required.
14) Also, if the required number of reserved category candidates are not available in the required quantity, considering the requirement of filling the said vacant posts, the waiting list candidate from the unreserved category will be given temporary appointment to the reserved category on a temporary basis. (This condition will be applicable only for the posts for which there are open category vacancies)
16) Candidates applying from reserved category are required to attach caste certificate along with the application. Otherwise, the applications will be considered ineligible. Since the posts are of contractual nature, caste validity certificates are not required. However, it is mandatory for candidates to submit caste certificate along with the application.
17) If the receipt from the bridge office for submission of specific certificates is submitted along with the application, the applications of the said candidates will be considered for eligibility. However, candidates should note that if the candidates are unable to submit the relevant certificate at the time of objection or at the time of verification of original documents, the concerned candidate will be excluded from the next stage of recruitment.
18) Since the application has been submitted with incomplete documents, illegible documents (Xerox is not clear), the application of the concerned candidates will be rejected or found ineligible, the entire responsibility will remain with the concerned candidate. No complaint of any kind will be accepted from the candidates. If there are any difficulties in filling the application, they should visit the office and inquire.
19) The candidate should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post. Also, no criminal case should be registered against the candidates. Also, if the office receives information about the relevant candidates, it should be noted that the concerned candidates will be dismissed from any stage of recruitment or will be reduced from service after appointment.
20) If the relevant post is rejected by the Central Government or the State Government, the services of the concerned candidates will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice to the candidates.
21) Candidates should note that if the candidates have experience related to the posts for which the candidate has applied, the said experience will be considered and marks will be given as per the rules. If the candidate has experience in other fields or not related to the post for which the application has been submitted, the said experience will not be considered and marks will not be given for it, candidates should note this.
22) Since the number of eligible candidates for a particular post is large through the Recruitment Selection Committee, if it is decided to conduct a written test for those posts, the marks obtained in the relevant written test will be considered final and the further process of recruitment will be implemented accordingly on the basis of merit. No other marks will be mixed with the marks of the written test and their revised marks list will be prepared. Candidates should note this primarily.
23) Candidates should come and submit their applications within the given time period mentioned in point no. 02, first of all. Applications will not be accepted after the specified deadline and time on any pretext. Candidates should not make any complaint or try to exert any pressure in this regard. While sending the application by post or courier, candidates should note that the application will be considered for the recruitment process only if the postman receives the application within the specified deadline and time. Applications received by post or courier after the deadline will not be accepted. The responsibility of sending the said application back to the candidate's address will remain with the concerned post/courier, all candidates should note this.
24) The posts in the recruitment will be filled under the National Health Mission as per the procedure dated 27/04/2023. The scoring method will be as follows. Scoring as per the instructions given in the letter
25) According to the said score, while selecting candidates on the basis of merit, a category-wise score list of candidates will be prepared and if the candidates have equal marks, the candidate whose age is older will be selected first. If there is equality in age, preference will be given to candidates who have more experience related to the relevant post. Candidates should note this.
26) For candidates currently working under the National Health Mission (TIII Date), as per the circular dated 29/09/2018 issued by the Hon'ble Commissioner, Director of Health Services and Mission, N.A.A., Mumbai, the maximum service entry limit is being relaxed up to 05 years. For that, it is mandatory for the candidates to attach an experience certificate, and it will be mandatory for the candidates to mention the fact that they are working till date (Till Date) in the said experience certificate.
27) The mobile number being mentioned with the application should be Whatsapp. Candidates should ensure that the said number remains active throughout the entire recruitment process.
