Applications are invited for a temporary position of Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical) sanctioned in the ICMR sponsored project titled “Silk based materials/devices for prognosis and diagnosis of type 3 Diabetes Mellitus, Alzheimer's disease and their pathological nexus” under the Principal Investigator Prof. T Govindaraju, New Chemistry Unit, JNCASR, Jakkur, Bengaluru, 560 064.
Remuneration : Rs. 56000 (plus HRA as per norms)
Age Limit : 35 years
Essential Qualification : PhD in Chemistry or Life Sciences with good research experience and publication record.
Desirable Qualification : PhD in Chemistry or Life Sciences with Chemical Biology, Biomaterials or Biomedical Sciences research experience to work in the above-mentioned project. Candidates with research experience closely related to the project theme [Diabetes, neurodegenerative (Alzheimer's) disease, biomedical research], are encouraged to apply.
