For the KSCSTE funded project entitled : “Transcriptional manipulation of skeletal myoblast for generating functional exosomes for cardiac ischemia” (P-5512)
Qualification & Experience (Essential) : 1. First class Master’s degree in any branch of Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry.
2. Minimum of two years' experience in Cellular reprogramming, phenotypic characterization and molecular analysis.
Qualification & Experience (Desirable) : Experience in RNA profiling and in vivo studies.
Job description : Isolation and multi-parametric characterisation of exosomes from reprogrammed cell, including high-throughput exosomal miRNA profiling and functional validation in a rat model of myocardinal ischemia.
Monthly emoluments : Rs. 32560 (Consolidated)
Age limit as on 01.07.2026 : 35 Years*
Number of vacancies : Existing - 1 (SC-1) (In absence of eligible SC candidates, eligible EWS candidates will be considered, further in absence of eligible EWS candidates, eligible UR candidates will be considered).
Nature / Tenure of appointment : Temporary (Purely on contract) initially for a period of One year (likely to be extended till 04.01.2028) or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Caste Certificate (for SC candidates), Income and Asset Certificate (For EWS) should be valid and in the prescribed format applicable for employment in Central Government Institutions, issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of a Tahsildar. Candidate without valid document will not be considered under reserved post.
Those who fulfil the above requirements may report for Interview, as per the above schedule at the Ground floor of AMCHSS building, along with Bio-data, original certificates and copies of certificates to prove age,- qualification and experience at the time of interview.
Note : Depending, on the number of candidates, a written test of qualifying nature will be conducted for initial screening and only qualified candidates will be called for interview. Marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not be counted for final ranking.
