• Developing process with AKTA chromatography instruments/lab scale and Pilot TFF/HF Filtration systems.
• identifying and incorporating the purification technologies into development programs for existing and new molecules.
• Scale up & tech transfer, exposure of SDM qualification, process characterization and virus validation, Analyse experimental data, interpret results Documentation
R&D USP Mammalian
Post : Deputy Manager/Asst Manager - 05 Sr. Exe/Executive - 10
Experience & Job Description : • Design, execute, develop, and optimize upstream process for biosimilars (monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins} in CHO Cells
• Development 3nd maintenance of seed train, shake flask for optimizing feeding strategy and process parameters
• Planning and execution of process experiments at 3L to 10L and 50L fermenters.

Experience & Job Description : • Design, execute, and analyze experiments for microbial strain selection, media optimization, and fermentation process development in shake flasks, bicreactors.
• Analyze experimental d3ta, interpret results, and identify trends to optimize the process and establish robust parameters.
• Prepare documentation and participate in the transfer of developed processes to manufacturing sites.

Experience & Job Description : • Operate 3nd maintain laboratory equipment including the microscopes, ELISA plate readers, and spectrophotometers for concentration verification.
• Conduct biological assays (e.g., EUSA, cell-based, and binding assays) in accordance with established protocols to assess the potency and biological activity of pharmaceutical compounds.
R&D Cell Line Development

Experience & Job Description : • Experienced in cell line maintenance, cell banking, transfections (chemical/electroporation), clone selection, media selection, media optimization, DOE, clean room process and documentation.
