Advertisement for Contractual Recruitment under National Health Mission Pune Zone, Pune, Maharashtra. The following contractual vacant posts are to be filled cadre-wise under National Health.

Educational Qualification : D.Pharm / B.Pharm, MS-CIT Required, NHM/Government Experienced preference

Combined Remuneration : Rs. 17,000/-

Terms and Conditions
1) The above posts are of contractual nature and the appointment will be for 11 months and 29 days.
2) The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the State Government but purely contractual posts. There will be no right of permanence on the said post and the Government service rules will not be applicable for these posts, nor will the applicant have the right to be included in the Government regular service or to claim service protection or any claim related to it through the Government.
3) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
4) A lump sum honorarium will be paid every month for the above contractual posts.
5) The number of vacant posts in the advertisement and the place of appointment may change as well as the place of appointment may change, all rights in this regard are reserved by Hon. Deputy Director, Pune Board, Pune. Candidates will not be able to object to changes in the number of posts as per the guidelines from time to time.
6) Preference will be given to experienced and higher educational qualification holders.
7) If candidates wish to apply for more than one post, they should submit separate applications for each post.

8) Placement will be given in priority order based on the marks in the selection list. If any pressure is used by the candidate in this regard, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled.
9) On the day of advertisement, the maximum age limit for the said post will be 38 years for the non-reserved category and 43 years for the reserved category. Also, the age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for candidates who have worked or are working under NHM.
10) The selection process for the above posts will be scrutinized according to the number of applications received and a list will be prepared in order of merit and selection will be made on merit. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
11) The applicant cannot demand to change the location as per convenience during the contract period.
12) All rights to suspend/cancel the recruitment process/change the recruitment process are reserved at the level of Hon'ble Deputy Director, Health Services Pune Board Pune, no one can claim in this regard.
13) The candidate should submit his/her application in the prescribed format, mark sheet and photocopies of necessary documents offline from 17/07/2025 to 24/07/2025 till 6.00 PM at National Health Mission, National Health Mission, Pune Circle, Pune New Administrative Building, 3rd Floor, Opposite Vidhan Bhavan, Pune 411001 during office hours (excluding government holidays).
14) The application of the candidates will be considered for the recruitment process only after paying the processing fee plus government tax.
15) After the completion of the said recruitment process, if a vacancy occurs due to resignation of an employee in any place in the future, the next candidate in the merit list in the waiting list will be given appointment orders without conducting a fresh recruitment process. The said final selection list will be valid for one year after its preparation and publication on the website.
16) Along with the application, candidates should draw a demand draft of Rs. 300/- in the name of Deputy Director Health Services Pune along with the application. DD should be attached with the application.
17) Applications for the said recruitment process will be accepted offline from 17/07/2025 to 24/07/2025 at National Health Mission, National Health Mission, Pune Circle, Pune New Administrative Building, 3rd Floor, Opposite Vidhan Bhavan, Pune 411001 during office hours (except government holidays) and candidates should note that no other method should be adopted. No advertisement will be given in this regard in the newspaper.

1. After scoring as per this, the merit list of the candidates who have secured maximum marks in the order of merit will be published on the office notice board and on the website nhm.maharashtra.gov.in. If there are any objections regarding the said list, a period of five days will be given to submit them. They will be advised to submit suitable evidence in support of their objections along with the objections.
2. The objections received in this way will be resolved and the final merit list will be prepared accordingly and appointment orders will be issued accordingly.
3. Before issuing appointment orders to the eligible candidates for the posts for which skill test has been made mandatory, skill test will be conducted at the district level. If the said candidate qualifies in the said skill test, appointment orders will be issued to him, otherwise not.
4. The head of the concerned institution will be responsible for checking and verifying all the necessary certificates, educational qualification certificates and other necessary documents before admitting the candidates for whom appointment orders have been issued.

6) Experience certificate if there is government experience
