• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registers under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.

Pharmacists - UPHC (Sl. No. - 11)

Qualification and Experience :
• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registers under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.

Conditions of selection
• They will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium on contract basis.
• District level reservation in all the above posts will be as per roster.
• The contract will be admissible for one year, as per requirement it can be extended in one year each on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
• The contract can be terminated by giving one month notice or one month advance honorarium to the contractual workers on the basis of contract.
• The candidates who are presenting the CGPA Scar-Card for the educational qualification will also submit the CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
• For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
• Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee according to the qualification, merit.
• The decision of the District Health Committee regarding the appointment process will be final and binding.
• The conditions of the advertisement can be amended as required by the committee.
• No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained in connection with the appointment.
Process of Selection :
The process of selection is determined as follows :
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in academic and technical examinations / Written Test / Skill Test / Interview, one or more, as applicable basis will be done.
• In the recruitment process, preference will be given to the local candidate.
• All the candidates will ensure to send the application form through Registered Post / Speed Post only.
• The finalized merit list will be published in the office of the Civil Surgeon/Deputy Commissioner for a week. The information about the publication of the merit list on the notice board will be given through the newspaper.
Process of application :
• Attested copy of required mark sheets and certificates in the prescribed form from the candidates having above qualification cum qualification, residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, caste certificate, matriculation related to date of birth The application can be submitted in the prescribed form given below by attaching self attested two passport size photographs along with the certificate and application form.
• On submitting the application in any other office, their application will be automatically canceled.
• Application fee Rs.400/- for general category/backward class/extremely backward class applicants for each post, Rs.200/- for SC/ST applicants, it will be mandatory to enclose the demand draft with the application form. The payment of the draft will be payable in the name of "District Health Society, Khuti / District Health Society Khunti".
• Application complete in all respects can be submitted in sealed cover by registered post/speed post to the office of Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Khunti. Please provide the following information clearly on the top of the envelope :
