Job Description
The position exists to provide marketing leadership at Franchise level nationally for portfolio/basket comprising multiple key brands across different sub-categories or therapeutic areas. Needs to formulate and implement cluster/segment-specific marketing strategies to help develop a superior market understanding for all product categories. Will work with and through product manager(s) and the Franchise Sales teams to drive business growth and achieve higher penetration or market share. Would also be responsible for end-to-end launch ownership of new brands, monitoring brand performance through the different phases in the product lifecycle and recommend appropriate marketing strategies.This rose exists to formulate and drive

5. Managing OPEX for the franchise 
6. Developing Marketing KPIs

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop Marketing plans, budgets and strategies for complete portfolio
• Own portfolio performance and growth (enhancement of market share)
• Partner with BLs/RALs to tailor/co-create the marketing arsenal (campaigns and tools) per needs of the cluster/segment
• Develop KOL & stakeholder engagement plans through presence/participation marketing activities like symposia/conclave/conference
• Conceptualize, develop business cases incorporating input from cross-functional stakeholders for brands in pipeline to accelerate launch approvals
• Lead pre-launch market research and conditioning to ensure readiness for new brand launches
