Terms and Conditions
1. The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the state government but these posts are of purely contractual nature.
2. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 11 months and after that re-appointment will be given after receiving the notification from the state level.
3. Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age on the last date of acceptance of application and not more than the maximum age limit (38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category).
4. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.
5. Honorary honorarium for the post of Retired Specialist and Extraordinary Specialist. Payment will be made as per guidelines received from Commissioner Health Services and Mission Director National Health Mission Mumbai.
6. There may be changes in the number of vacancies in advertisements and in social reservation as well as in the place of vacancies. Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad, Beed. No one can make any claim in this regard.
7. If the applicant wants to apply for more than one post, he should submit separate application for each post and the preference of the posts should be communicated to this office in writing before the interview.
8. Detailed advertisement, list of eligible and ineligible candidates, selection / waiting list and all the information / instructions regarding recruitment process will be published from time to time on the notice board of National Health Mission, Beed and on the website of Beed district at beed.gov.in.
9. Selected candidates will be given priority posts on the basis of merit list in the selection list.
10. The experience of Government, National Health Mission will be considered in the recruitment / selection process.
11. For the post of Specialist / Extra Specialist, the Government Service / Voluntary Retired Officer / Employee should mention in the application the date of joining the Government Service, tenure, designation, place of post, years of retirement, last salary received on the date of retirement and pension.
12. All the powers of the Chairman / Selection Committee and the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Beed are reserved for the posts of Specialist / Extra Specialist as mentioned in the table above. 13. The age limit for Medical Officer (MBBS), Specialist / Specialist Specialist will be 70 years and for other posts related to patient care, the retirement age will be 65 years. Appointment / re-appointment orders will be issued only after receiving the certificate of physical fitness from the District Surgeon every year after the age of 60 years.
14. The salary for the post is a combined monthly honorarium.
15. The selection process will be carried out by conducting interviews through the selection committee constituted for the posts mentioned in the advertisement as per the guidelines of the National Health Mission.
16. A waiting list will be prepared by completing the selection process for the posts mentioned in the advertisement and this list will be used for the recruitment of vacancies from time to time in the next year in the National Health Mission.
17. Candidates applying for other technical posts are required to attach registration and re-registration certificates to the concerned council. It should be noted that the candidate will be disqualified if the concerned council does not have the certificate of registration and re-registration.

19. The judicial process regarding this recruitment will be limited to the jurisdiction of District Sessions Court, Beed.
20. It is mandatory for the candidates to attach the affidavit of the small family in the prescribed form attached with the advertisement.
21. Candidates should clearly mention the serial number and post name in the advertisement while applying. Candidates should note that the completed application will be accepted only in the form attached with the advertisement and the incomplete application will not be considered.
