Job Description
Analyst :
• Experience in developing and validating sensitive and rugged bioanalytical methods by using different extractions (i.e. SPE, LLE etc.) and quantitation (i.e. LCMS, HPLC) techniques for analysis of drug substances.
• Experience in conducting sample analysis of Bioavailability/Bioequivalence Studies independently with required accuracy.
• Experience in operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments adhering to written instrument operation procedures.
• Ability to maintain GDP and GLP compliance in the laboratory.
• Know-how of current applicable regulatory requirements.
Quality Control :
• Experience in performing effective quality control check for Method validation and Bioavailability/Bioequivalence Studies.
• Experience in performing compliance check of project/ non-project activities.
• Ability to respond to the observations made by Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs along with applicable CAPA.
• Ability to review the calibration record of instruments to ensure their accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate the compliance level of laboratory on regular intervals to maintain GLP aspects.
Custodian :
• Experience in maintaining inventory of biological samples/matrix, and analytical standards with proper documentation.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining temperature records from freezers/ refrigerators
• Ability to perform daily instrument calibration and verification of routine calibration records performed by
external party.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and issues during inventory maintenance.
