Job Location : New Delhi & Kolkata

Job Description
• Overall responsibility for scientific activities across locations and business segments.
• Active participation in scientific programmes through lectures and presentations to drive scientific communication with target audiences.
• Conduct CMEs and doctor group meetings in collaboration with sales teams, aligned with company priorities and identified needs.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Manage customer relationships through scientific engagement and timely handling of medical queries.
• Undertake joint field work with sales teams to build KOL rapport and gather feedback to enhance scientific services and brand positioning.
• Provide scientific support to healthcare professionals and review promotional materials to ensure legal, ethical, and scientific compliance.
• Provide accurate, timely, and value-added scientific responses to medical queries from healthcare professionals, patient groups, consumer groups, government authorities, and the field force.
• Liaise with KOLs on educational, clinical, and scientific initiatives to foster long-term collaboration and advocacy.
• Oversee Medical Information Services (MIS), including support to the sales force with updates on medical research, standards of care, and therapeutic advancements, and conduct medical training programmes.
• Act as a product expert for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, SOPs, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to identify, develop, and manage emerging and untapped product opportunities.
• Willingness to travel as required, with moderate travel expected as part of the role.
