Job Summary
• The role holder is responsible for supervising and executing the manufacturing operations for Compression, Encapsulation, Coating, and Packing sections in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• The position ensures on-time production, adherence to cGMP, compliance with company polia'es, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices, while maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and audit-readiness.
Experience
• Executive : Minimum 4years in Solid Oral Dosage manufacturing
• Sr. Executive : Minimum 6 years with supervisory or shift-in-charge responsibility
Minimum Qualification
• B-Pharma /M-Pharma
Skill Required
Technical Skills
• Working knowledge of solid oral dosage operations:
• Granulation
• Compression
• Coating
• Capsule
• Blister & Bottle Packing
• Familiarity with equipment operation & cleaning
• Good understanding of safe manufacturing practices (EHS)
Regulatory & GMP Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Proficiency in Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments (USFDA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA)
• Knowledge of cGMP, 21CFR Part 210/211, ICH guidelines, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+)
• Communication & Problem-Solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking and sound problem-solving abilities
• Ability to participate in cross-functional discussions (QA/QC/Engineering/PPlC)
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to train and guide shop-floor operators (for Sr. Executive: leadership ability)
