Applications Open for Pharmacist under Bharat Health Initiative, AIIMS

AIIMS Bilaspur is an apex health care Institute, established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the “Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY)” with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level health care in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training.

Applications are invited for the recruitment of the following posts on purely contractual basis under the BHISHM (Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita, and Maitri) cubes project, AIIMS, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh as under: -

Post : Pharmacist / Nursing Officer

Essential Qualification: -
• B. Pharmacy from a recognized university.
• Registered with Pharmacy council with 02 year of experience post qualification. OR
• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
• Registered with Indian Nursing Council with 02 years of experience post qualification. OR
• 10+2 with science stream (PCB) from a recognized institute.
• Approved diploma in pharmacy/GNM Nursing from an institute recognized by pharmacy council of India/ Indian Nursing council (as applicable)
• Registered with Pharmacy council/ Nursing council (as applicable)
• 03 years’ experience post essential qualification as Pharmacist/ Nurse.

Desirable : • working knowledge of computer applications.

Age Limit : Up to 35 years

Pay (in Indian Rupees) : Rs. 40,000/-Per Month (Consolidated)

General Conditions
1. The above vacancy is purely on a contract basis till March 2026 and is subject to further extension as per Government norms and continuation of the Project.
2. The Executive Director, AIIMS, Bilaspur, H.P. reserves the right to make any changes in the vacancy.
3. The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualification & experiences will be the last date of submission of online application i.e. 20 days from the issuing date of notification, upto 12:00 Noon.
4. Further updates with regard to this recruitment process will be made available on the website only.
5. The closing date of submission of online Google form is 20 days from the issuing date of notification upto 12:00 Noon.
6. Application received after due date shall not be considered at any circumstances.

Application Procedure
1. Step-1 (Application Fees) Non-refundable application fee is required to be paid by the candidates by way of online NEFT mode in favour of the Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur, H.P. Applications without submission of application fees will not be considered and summarily rejected. The application fee applicable to all candidate is as follows: -
i. For all candidates: Rs. 236/- (Inclusive GST) = 200+18% GST= Rs. 236 /-
ii. Application fees to be paid through NEFT in the bank account given below. The Application fee is non-refundable. After depositing the fee through any online mode in the below-mentioned account, the candidate has to upload the proof in support and will have to produce the same at the time of the interview

Note: - i. Candidates should ensure that the application fee is paid in the form of online NEFT mode. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
ii. The Candidates shall ensure that the online Google Form is submitted within 20 days from the date of issuance of the advertisement notification, and no later than 12:00 Noon on the last date.
2. Step-2 (Online Application form and filling instructions)
i. The link can also be copied and pasted on the address bar of any web browser for submission of the application. Candidate has to fill out Google Form, and need to submit their scanned copy of application forms in the prescribed format along with necessary documents and transaction details only through the above link provided.
ii. Failure to submit the online application google form will not be considered for evaluation and is liable to be rejected without any notice or intimation.

General Instructions
i. The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to reschedule the above date, time and venue for the selection.
ii. The candidates must ensure that they fulfil eligibility criteria. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate has furnished any incorrect information his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcoming (s) is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services will be summarily terminated.
iii. The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any point of time without prior notice or fill up a less number of posts as advertised depending upon the institutional requirements.
iv. These posts are to be filled purely on a contractual basis for a specified period.
v. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview/Examination.
vi. Leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per the existing rules of the Institute. vii. The appointee shall not be entitled to avail any allowances/facilities being extended to the regular/permanent employees of the AIIMS. viii. All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
ix. The selected candidates are liable to be posted at AIIMS Bilaspur or at any location in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, or other regions, particularly during disasters or emergency deployments, as per institutional requirements. The position may require the candidate to perform physical tasks as part of disaster response and relief activities.
x. The selected Pharmacist/Nursing Officer must register with the Himachal Pradesh Pharmacy Council / Himachal Pradesh Nursing Council after selection.

AIIMS Bilaspur reserve the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the Written Examination / Interview / Skill test to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience of the applicants. Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for Written test / Interview / Skill test or to be Selected.
